I, after due diligence and careful consideration, agree to proceed with Heritage Consultancy under the following terms and conditions: 1. Heritage Consultancy is engaged solely in providing educational consultancy and guidance for study abroad. The consultancy charges do not include university application fees, visa appointment fees, visa or residence permit fees, embassy charges, courier charges, or any other unforeseen or third party charges. 2. All original documents, including my passport, remain in my possession at all times. I confirm that I have only provided soft copies to Heritage Consultancy. I further declare that all documents provided by me are genuine and authentic. In the event that any document is later found to be forged or false, I shall be solely responsible and liable for all consequences. 3. In case of delay in providing required documents, or failure to follow the guidelines and advice provided by Heritage Consultancy regarding university options or procedures, Heritage Consultancy shall not be responsible for any rejection by a university, college, or embassy. In such circumstances, no refund shall be claimed. 4. If I fail to pay the consultancy charges within the specified time period mentioned above, Heritage Consultancy reserves the right to suspend or terminate my process. I shall not hold Heritage Consultancy responsible for any resulting loss or delay. 5. If I withdraw, retreat, or am unable to proceed with my case at any stage due to personal or external reasons, no consultancy charges shall be refunded. In case the desired course or intake is closed or unavailable, Heritage Consultancy will assist for the next available intake, however no refund shall be applicable. 6. If any university or college requires an entry test or interview, I shall be responsible for appearing and qualifying. Heritage Consultancy shall only assist with preparation guidance where applicable. 7. If I fail to appear for or clear any required test or interview due to technical issues, including but not limited to laptop failure, internet issues, or personal negligence, Heritage Consultancy shall not be held responsible and no refund shall be claimed. 8. Heritage Consultancy shall not be responsible for any delay in visa appointments, embassy interviews, or embassy decisions, as there is no contractual relationship between Heritage Consultancy and any embassy or immigration authority. Heritage Consultancy only assists with the visa application process. 9. In the event of visa refusal, consultancy charges shall not be refundable. However, upon my written request, Heritage Consultancy may reapply under available options. In such a case, the initial signup charges shall not be charged again, but remaining dues shall be payable as per the consultancy policy applicable at that time. 10. Heritage Consultancy shall not be held responsible for any force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, policy changes, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. 11. I undertake not to misuse this agreement or authority letter before any forum for the purpose of harassment, defamation, or humiliation of Heritage Consultancy. In such an event, Heritage Consultancy reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against me. 12. I confirm that I have carefully read and understood all the terms and conditions stated above. I am signing this agreement with my free will and full consent. This agreement shall not be challengeable in a court of law except in cases of proven infringement of the terms and conditions stated herein.
