1. Initial Assessment & Counseling
• Quick and personalized guidance within 24 hours after reviewing your academic background and preferred program.
• Assistance in selecting the right university and course based on your goals.
2. Language Proficiency
• Guidance and support for IELTS or equivalent English language tests (such as TOEFL, PTE, Duolingo, etc.).
3. Document Collection & Application Submission
>>Complete assistance in gathering all required documents.
>>Submission of applications to selected universities.
4. Conditional Offer Letter (COL)
• Receive a Conditional Offer Letter from the university within 1 to 2 weeks.
• Review all conditions mentioned in the offer.
5. Financial Requirements & Compliance
• Students must provide a valid bank statement showing sufficient funds to cover:
– First year’s tuition fees
– Maintenance/living costs
• All conditions in the COL must be satisfied by both the student and the consultant.
6. Unconditional Offer Letter (UOL)
• Once all conditions are met, the university issues an Unconditional Offer Letter.
7. Tuition Fee Deposit
• Students pay a deposit (typically 20% to 50%) of the first year’s tuition fee as required in the UOL.
8. Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS)
• Upon payment confirmation, the university issues the CAS letter, necessary for the visa application.
9. Student Visa Application
• We guide the student through the student visa application process, ensuring all documents and procedures are properly completed.
10. Medical Examination
• The student must undergo the required medical check-up as per visa regulations.
11. Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS)
• Students are required to pay the Immigration Health Surcharge annually, as part of their visa process.
